论我国罪犯的人权保障——以“以人为本”为视角

【摘要】：我国监狱将"以人为本"的科学理念运用于监管改造罪犯的行刑实践,使罪犯的人权保障取得了显著进步。但是由于物质因素的制约、制度上的欠缺等因素的影响,我国在罪犯人权保障方面还存在有诸多问题。针对这些问题,本文提出采取伦理制度构建、完善监狱法律体系、完善罪犯人权保障的监督机制和救济机制等措施,以确保罪犯人权的实现。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the realization of the human rights of the criminals , the author puts forward some measures such as constructing the ethical system , perfecting the legal system of the prison , perfecting the supervision mechanism and the relief mechanism of the human rights protection of the criminals , and so on , aiming at ensuring the realization of the human rights of the criminals .
