【摘要】：正2016年3月,东南大学法学院联合江苏省高级人民法院、东南大学计算机学院向最高人民法院申请成立人民法院司法大数据研究基地,同年7月获批。2017年1月,基地正式揭牌。该基地是最高人民法院批准设立的全国首家司法大数据研究基地。基地的成立源自法学院在司法大数据领域的长期深耕。早在2015年,法学院就抓住网络强国战略赋予的发展机遇,积极致力于开拓网络技术
[Abstract]:In March 2016, the School of Law of Southeast University, in conjunction with the Jiangsu Provincial higher people's Court, and the School of computer Science of Southeast University applied to the Supreme people's Court for the establishment of a judicial research base for big data in the people's Court, which was approved in July of the same year. The base is the Supreme people's Court approved the establishment of the first judicial big data research base. The establishment of the base originated from the long-term cultivation of the law school in the field of judicial big data. As early as 2015, law schools took advantage of the development opportunities given by the strategy of network power, and actively devoted themselves to the development of network technology.
