新闻舆论监督中政法机关的角色研究

【摘要】：当前随着新闻事业的不断向前发展，舆论监督具有极强的新闻强势，拨动着社会公众的敏感之弦。新闻舆论监督所涉及的范围也更加广泛，在新闻媒体选择舆论监督对象时，关乎法律顺利实施、维护社会公平正义的政法机关越来越成为媒体和受众关注的焦点。公安、检察、法院、司法、民政五个部门成为新闻媒体舆论监督中的上榜率较高的政府部门。新闻舆论监督如同媒体搭建起一个面向社会、面向公众的舞台，每个新闻舆论监督对象都会登上这个舞台，直面舆论监督的事实，做出各种反应，扮演各种角色。本文借力社会学角色论的相关理论，以政法机关作为研究主体，着重对政法机关在新闻舆论监督中的角色进行系统研究与分析。文章从政法机关在当前舆论监督环境中树立角色的必要性入手，对政法机关在新闻舆论监督中所呈现出的角色进行总结分析，并引入受众对其的角色期望进行对比，得出了当前政法机关在新闻舆论监督中角色错位的结论。最后，本文在分析政法机关进行角色建设的科学理论依据的基础上，提出了其在面临新闻舆论监督时进行角色建设的新闻化策略，，以希望能够更好的知道政法机关乃至政府部门在面对舆论监督时的应对行为。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of journalism, the supervision of public opinion has a strong news power and plays a sensitive role in the social public. The scope of news supervision is also more extensive. When news media choose the object of public opinion supervision, it is related to the smooth implementation of the law, and the political and legal organs that maintain social fairness and justice have become the focus of media and audience. The public security, procuratorial, court, judicial and civil affairs departments have become the top government departments in the news media supervision. The supervision of news public opinion is like the media to set up a stage for the society and the public, and every object of supervision of public opinion will step on this stage, face the facts of supervision of public opinion, make all kinds of reactions and play various roles. Based on the relevant theories of sociological role theory, this paper focuses on the systematic research and analysis of the role of the political and legal organs in the supervision of news and public opinion, taking the political and legal organs as the main body of study. Starting from the necessity of establishing the role of the political and legal organs in the current environment of public opinion supervision, this paper summarizes and analyzes the roles of the political and legal organs in the supervision of news public opinion, and introduces the audience to compare their role expectations. This paper draws the conclusion that the role of the current political and legal organs in the supervision of news and public opinion is misplaced. Finally, based on the analysis of the scientific theoretical basis for the role construction of the political and legal organs, this paper puts forward the journalistic strategy of the role construction in the face of the supervision of public opinion.
