[Abstract]:The positive social management is closely related to the procuratorial work. It is not only the important content of the procuratorial organ to perform its duties, but also the important social responsibility that the procuratorial organ must undertake. As a first-line platform for procuratorial organs to participate in strengthening and innovating social management, the grass-roots procuratorates, how to persist in resolving social contradictions throughout the law enforcement and handling cases, actively explore the extension of law enforcement to the promotion of social management innovation. It has become an urgent subject of great practical significance. The people's Procuratorate of Ningxiang County in Hunan Province is investigating and dealing with people who are concerned with the people's livelihood.
