论检察机关如何弘扬社会主义法治精神

【摘要】：社会主义法治精神,实际上是综合了法治的内在精神本质、法治的价值追求以及社会主义的本质与根本任务的规范性价值体系,在内容上既涵盖了社会主义法治理念的基本原则,又体现了法治的一些基本内在价值与规范要件。检察机关是社会主义法治实施的监督者,是社会主义法治理念的宣传者,是社会主义法治改革的推动者,检察机关主要通过履行犯罪追诉职能、对刑事侦查和审判的监督、进行职务犯罪侦查活动、行使司法解释权以及行使立法建议权推动法治改革进程来弘扬社会主义法治精神。
[Abstract]:In fact, the socialist spirit of rule of law is the intrinsic spirit essence of the rule of law, the value pursuit of the rule of law and the standard value system of the essence and fundamental task of socialism. In content it not only covers the basic principles of the socialist concept of rule of law, but also embodies some basic intrinsic values and normative elements of the rule of law. The supervisor of the socialist rule of law is the supervisor of the socialist rule of law, the propagandist of the socialist rule of law concept, the promoter of the socialist rule of law reform, the procuratorial organs mainly carry out the criminal investigation and trial supervision, carry out the investigation of the criminal investigation and trial, exercise the interpretation right of the law and exercise the legislative proposal right to promote the rule of law reform.
