【摘要】：正纵观法律的发生、发展、演变进程,法律与道德始终保持着千丝万缕的联系,司法的道德教育功能愈来愈受到人们的重视,被作为法律的价值目标之一而被广泛认同。司法的道德教育功能不仅仅是确认既定的道德准则,也在培育和促进新的道德准则的形成,与此同时,司法还在昭示着未来人们道德判断的方向。一、司法的道德教育功能分析。随着人类法治文明的进步,司法的道德教育功能越来越广泛,从惩罚犯罪到规范社会经济
[Abstract]:Taking a broad view of the occurrence, development, evolution process of law, law and morality always keep inextricably linked, the function of judicial moral education is paid more and more attention by people, and is widely recognized as one of the value goals of law. The function of judicial moral education is not only to confirm the established moral norms, but also to foster and promote the formation of new moral norms. At the same time, justice is also showing the direction of people's moral judgment in the future. First, the function of judicial moral education. With the progress of the civilization of human rule of law, the function of moral education of justice is more and more extensive, from punishing crime to standardizing social economy.
