试析案管部门的中心任务

【摘要】：案管部门的设立是一项新生事物,设立案管部门的初衷在于提升案件质量,不是事务性综合管理。案管部门提升案件质量的直接手段是事中审查和事后评查;间接手段是建立检察官执法档案和运用好业务考核权。提升案件质量的前提是树立案管部门的权威性、软件设置的科学性、业务培训的及时性。
[Abstract]:The establishment of case management department is a new thing. The original intention of setting up case management department is to improve the quality of case, not to manage affairs comprehensively. The direct means for the case management department to improve the quality of the case is to examine and evaluate the case after the incident, and the indirect means is to establish the procurator's law enforcement file and make good use of the right of professional examination. The premise of improving the quality of cases is to establish the authority of the case management department, the scientific setting of software, and the timeliness of business training.
