罪犯改造的美学意义思考

【摘要】：在监狱工作中,罪犯改造既具有科学性,同时又是一门艺术,是一种化丑为美的艺术活动,是监狱干警在罪犯改造过程中遵循罪犯改造和艺术的规律,创造性地运用各种改造手段所体现出来的具有改造意义和审美价值的罪犯改造活动。从美与丑的关系着眼,可以看出罪犯改造作为一门化丑为美的艺术的必然性。罪犯改造作为一门化丑为美的艺术提出的现实意义,主要体现在它是增添社会美和减少社会丑的需要,是提升罪犯改造质量的需要,是提升干警自身的美的素质的需要,是美学理论体系发展的必然趋势。罪犯改造作为一门化丑为美的艺术主要表现在罪犯改造理念、罪犯改造手段、罪犯改造环境、罪犯改造成果以及监狱干警的自身等诸多方面。其主要实现目标,关键是造就罪犯美的人格。
[Abstract]:In prison work, the transformation of criminals is not only scientific, but also an art. It is a kind of artistic activity to transform ugliness into beauty. It is the law of the prison police to follow the reform and art of criminals in the process of criminal transformation and creatively use all kinds of reform means to remould the criminals with reform meaning and aesthetic value. From the relationship between the beauty and the ugliness, we can see the inevitability of the transformation of the criminal as a beauty of the ugliness. The practical significance of the transformation of the criminal as a beauty for the beauty of ugliness is mainly embodied in the need for adding social beauty and reducing social ugliness, as well as the need to improve the quality of the criminal's improvement, and the promotion of the beauty of the police itself. The need of quality is the inevitable trend of the development of the aesthetic theory system. The art of criminal transformation, as a beauty of ugliness, is mainly manifested in many aspects, such as the concept of criminal transformation, the means of criminal transformation, the criminal transformation of the environment, the achievements of criminal transformation and the self of the prison police. The main objective is to create the personality of the criminal's beauty.
