【摘要】：正曹建明检察长在第十三次全国检察工作会议上提出"理性、平和、文明、规范"的执法观,是"六观"有机整体的重要组成部分,也是长期以来检察执法实践的经验总结和检察执法理念的提炼升华。但实践中,对其如何践行仍存在认识误区,为此,有必要科学诠
[Abstract]:At the Thirteenth National Procuratorial work Conference, Chief Prosecutor Cao Jianming put forward the law enforcement concept of "rationality, peace, civilization, and standardization", which is an important part of the organic whole of the "six views." It is also the summary of the experience of procuratorial law enforcement practice for a long time and the refining and sublimation of procuratorial law enforcement idea. However, in practice, there are still some misunderstandings on how to practice it. Therefore, it is necessary to make a scientific interpretation of it.
