反贪审讯中的“变化”与“策略”

【摘要】：正古人云:"用兵之道,攻心为上",反贪审讯工作也是如此。侦查人员要有针对性地运用各种行之有效的审讯谋略,才能突破口供、扩大线索、查清案情,达到反贪审讯的目的。如何在反贪侦查审讯中根据犯罪嫌疑人的心理状态进行审讯模式的变化,并进行符合审讯规律的施压值得深入的加以研究。一、审讯中的变化审讯过程中,如果审讯的模式、方法等一成不变,会让犯罪嫌疑人适应,影响审讯的效果,因此一定要及时调整审讯方式。在审讯时间、场所、审讯人员组成等方面及时变化,充分调动犯罪嫌疑人的思维,取得理想的审讯效果。
