司法供给侧改革与需求侧管理——从司法的供需结构切入

【摘要】：近年来,司法供需矛盾即人民法院的司法供给与人民群众的司法需求之间的矛盾日益尖锐化。司法领域资源/利益配置不均衡是导致司法供需矛盾尖锐化的重要原因。实现司法供需平衡,必须均衡司法领域的资源/利益配置,为此,应当通过推进司法供给侧改革,加强司法需求侧管理,增强司法供给,规范司法需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the contradiction between the judicial supply and demand of the people's court and the people's judicial demand has become increasingly sharp. The imbalance of resource / benefit allocation in judicial field is an important reason leading to sharp contradiction between supply and demand of judicature. To achieve the balance of judicial supply and demand, we must balance the allocation of resources / interests in the judicial field. Therefore, we should promote the judicial supply-side reform, strengthen the judicial demand-side management, strengthen the judicial supply and standardize the judicial demand.
