人民检察院组织法修改的理论前瞻与现实路径

【摘要】：近年来,随着刑事诉讼法等法律的修改,我国检察机关的具体职能、履职程序均发生了显著变化,如何将这些变化在人民检察院组织法中予以体现显得尤为迫切。同时,作为我国完整的法律体系中的一个重要组成部分,人民检察院组织法的修改也应与三大诉讼法的修改协调一致。这既是完善我国法律体系的内在要求,也是检察事业发展的实践需要。为更好地探寻人民检察院组织法修改的方向和路径,本刊特邀专家学者围绕"人民检察院组织法修改的理论前瞻与现实路径",对人民检察院组织法修改的相关问题进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the revision of the criminal procedure law and other laws, the specific functions of the procuratorial organs and the performance of their duties have undergone significant changes, how to reflect these changes in the Organic Law of the people's Procuratorate is particularly urgent. At the same time, as an important part of the complete legal system of our country, the amendment of the organic law of the people's procuratorate should be coordinated with the revision of the three major procedural laws. This is not only the internal requirement of perfecting the legal system of our country, but also the practical need of the development of procuratorial career. In order to better explore the direction and path of the revision of the Organic Law of the people's Procuratorate, experts and scholars are specially invited to discuss the relevant issues concerning the revision of the Organic Law of the people's Procuratorate around "the theoretical and practical path of the revision of the Organic Law of the people's Procuratorate".
