【摘要】：正娱乐服务场所违法犯罪具有黄赌毒占比较高、手段隐秘狡猾、诱因特殊、易引发连锁犯罪、黑恶势力犯罪集中等特点,且呈高发、蔓延态势。检察机关应立足立案监督职能,强化娱乐服务场所违法犯罪的法律监督。1.娱乐服务场所违法犯罪的基本情况发生于旅馆酒店、KTV等几个特定娱乐服务场所的违法犯罪行为有以下几个特点:一是案
