检察委员会议案功能的审视与重构

【摘要】：针对当前检察委员会工作中存在讨论程序性案件多,讨论重大案件少,议案重心偏移的普遍性问题,需要从诉讼类型、案件严重程度、疑难复杂程度、社会影响和社会关注程度方面重新审视检察委员会的议案功能,合理界定重大疑难复杂案件,进一步突出议案重点,加强配套保障措施建设,以充分发挥检察委员会讨论决定重大案件的作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that there are many procedural cases discussed, few major cases discussed and the shift of the center of gravity of the motion in the current work of the procuratorial committee, it is necessary to discuss the types of litigation, the severity of the cases and the complexity of the difficulties. In terms of social impact and social concern, we should re-examine the function of the procuratorial committee's motion, reasonably define major difficult and complex cases, further highlight the key points of the motion, and strengthen the construction of supporting safeguard measures. In order to give full play to the role of the procuratorial committee in discussing and deciding major cases.
