【摘要】：正一个慌了神的首席法务官会在公司CEO和董事会面前表现得无能无用,并从此被打入冷宫而被认为无法担当重任,因为他缺少首席法务官必备的核心能力——控制力首席法务官(General Counsel,下称GC)的控制力不是表现在正常情况下的超常发挥,而是表现在超常情况下的正常发挥,面对重大风险和突发事件,任何一位公司GC都希望能从容应对,并能信心满满地向CEO和董事会保证,一切皆在自己掌控之下。为此,GC需要不断修炼和提升自己的控制力,这种控制力与其专业度、经验值、权威性和决断力息息相关,并随着公司法务管理的边界蔓延而充满变数。
[Abstract]:A panicked chief justice officer would have been rendered incompetent in front of the company's CEO and board of directors, and had since been dismissed as unable to take on important responsibilities. Because he lacks the essential core competence of the chief legal officer-control, General Counselor (hereafter referred to as GCC)-the ability to control is not shown in the normal situation, but in the normal situation. In the face of major risks and emergencies, any company, GC, wants to be calm and confident enough to assure CEO and the board that everything is under its control. Therefore, GC needs to train and improve its own control, which is closely related to its degree of expertise, experience, authority and determination, and full of variables with the spread of the boundaries of the company's forensic management.
