日本“变礁为岛”的行为侵犯国际社会的共同利益

【摘要】：日本政府正在国会推动一项新法案,新法案将要求保护日本最南端的冲之鸟礁和最东端的南鸟岛的海岸线,在国家的直接管辖下建设港湾和码头。其立法行动的目的是谋求200海里专属经济区和大陆架的权益,强行扩张其海洋权益。中国政府对此公开表明了反对立场。从国际法的角度可以看出日本政府这一行为的不法性。
[Abstract]:Japan's government is pushing a new bill in parliament that would require the protection of the coast of Japan's southernmost bird reef and the easternmost island of Nanyu, and the construction of harbors and docks under the direct jurisdiction of the country. The purpose of its legislative action is to seek the rights and interests of the 200 nautical mile exclusive economic zone and continental shelf and to forcibly expand its maritime rights and interests. The Chinese government has publicly expressed its opposition to this. The wrongfulness of this act of the Japanese Government can be seen from the angle of international law.
