冷战后国内武装冲突解决中的第三方介入

【摘要】：冷战之后,第三方频繁介入国内武装冲突解决之中。第三方可以通过斡旋、调停、经济制裁、武器禁运和"建设和平"等方式改变冲突方自身的观念和行为,帮助其解决冲突。但是在国内武装冲突的解决中,第三方介入作为外部因素,也存在着局限,不应该夸大第三方介入的作用。
[Abstract]:After the cold war, the third parties frequently intervened in the settlement of domestic armed conflicts. The third parties could change their own ideas and actions through mediation, mediation, economic sanctions, arms embargo and "building peace" to help them solve conflicts. However, in the settlement of domestic armed conflicts, the intervention of third parties as external factors also existed. Limitations should not exaggerate the role of the third party.
