儿童权利观念:沿革、障碍与培育

【摘要】:儿童权利观念是历史的产物,其发展大致经历了三个阶段,即儿童的附属化阶段、儿童权利的发现阶段及儿童权利主体资格确立阶段。当下儿童权利之保障遭遇诸如儿童工具主义、家长主义、父爱主义、保守主义、怀疑主义等滞后观念之阻隔,亟须破除。为此,需要大力培育公众的正确儿童权利观,从目标、主体、对象、策略、手段、路径等方面构建儿童权利观培育的系统工程。
[Abstract]:The concept of children's rights is the product of history, and its development has experienced three stages, namely, the stage of children's attachment, the stage of discovery of children's rights and the stage of establishing the subject's qualification of children's rights. The protection of children's rights is blocked by such lagging concepts as instrumentalism, paternalism, fatherhood, conservatism and skepticism. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the correct view of children's rights of the public, and to construct the systematic engineering of the view of children's rights from the aspects of goal, subject, object, strategy, means, path and so on.
