海洋话语权的功能作用、内容表征与建构路径

【摘要】：话语权的建构特质突出体现在各国对话语的运用与掌控程度,海洋话语权作为话语权在海洋领域的延伸,正逐渐成为国际各主权国家争夺的焦点。从其功能作用来说,这不仅是应对紧张的国际态势与维护国家海洋权益的必然选择,同时也是建设海洋强国之路和塑造良好国家形象的可行性选择。为契合我国的海洋强国战略,本文立足于对客观情境和现实实践的观察,从理论层次与实践层次理解海洋话语权的内在要义,并探寻具体的建构路径。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of the construction of the right of discourse are reflected in the degree of the use and control of the discourse. As an extension of the right of discourse in the field of the sea, the sea discourse right is gradually becoming the focus of the international sovereign states. In terms of its function, this is not only the inevitable choice to deal with the tense international situation and safeguard the national marine rights and interests, but also the feasible choice to build a strong ocean power and shape a good national image. In order to fit the strategy of our country's ocean power, this paper bases on the observation of objective situation and practical practice, understands the inner meaning of ocean discourse right from the theory level and the practice level, and explores the concrete construction path.
