【摘要】：正联合国1989年通过的《儿童权利公约》(Convention on the Rights of the Child,以下简称《公约》)规定:生存权、发展权、受保护权和参与权是儿童的基本权利。中国政府于1990年8月29日正式签署该公约,经1992年3月2日全国人民代表大会批准,于1992年4月1日正式生效。根据《公约》,儿童在媒介使用方面拥有媒介接近、有益信息知晓、媒介参与等权利,缔约国应鼓励
[Abstract]:The Convention on the Rights of the Child (Convention on the Rights of the Child,), adopted by the United Nations in 1989, stipulates that the right to survival, the right to development, the right to protection and the right to participation are the basic rights of the child. The Chinese Government formally signed the Convention on August 29, 1990, ratified by the National people's Congress on March 2, 1992, and entered into force on April 1, 1992.
