【摘要】：正在探究和解决全球极端贫困问题的不同主张中,美国哲学家托马斯·博格(Thomas Pogge)作为"全球正义"理论的领军人物之一,秉持"全球性平等主义的分配正义"立场,坚持认为现行的国际政治、经济秩序是造成全球极端贫困现象持续存在的根本原因~([1]);这一秩序已经构成对全球贫困人口的人权的集体性侵犯,而世界上大多数富裕国家都参与其中,却没有作出任何补偿~([2]);因此,富裕国家的政府及民众负有持续援助全球极端贫困人口的义务。他将批判现行的国际政治、经济秩序的不正义性
[Abstract]:Among the different propositions that are exploring and resolving the problem of global extreme poverty, American philosopher Thomas Pogge, as one of the leading figures in the theory of "global justice", holds the position of "distributive justice of global egalitarianism" and insists that the current international politics and economic order are responsible for the persistence of global extreme poverty.
