澳大利亚和新西兰食品致敏原标识法规的发展和现状

【摘要】:澳大利亚和新西兰寻求通过实施强制性食品致敏原标识的风险管理手段来有效控制食品过敏安全风险。文中介绍了澳大利亚和新西兰食品致敏原强制标识法规的制定背景、发展、具体要求以及行业所采取的应对措施。并提出我国应加快实施强制性食品致敏原标识制度,以实现保护消费者知情权和健康,打破国外技术贸易壁垒,促进出口贸易发展。
[Abstract]:Australia and New Zealand seek to effectively control food allergy safety risks by implementing risk management measures for mandatory food allergen labelling. In this paper, the background, development, requirements and countermeasures of the mandatory labeling of food allergens in Australia and New Zealand are introduced. In order to protect consumers' right to know and health, break foreign technical trade barriers and promote the development of export trade, China should speed up the implementation of mandatory food sensitization primer labeling system in order to protect consumers' right to know and health.
