[Abstract]:The 4th China Social Law Forum focuses on "the Development of Social Law and the guarantee of people's livelihood", focusing on the research of the basic theory of social law and the progress and insufficiency of the Social Insurance Law. The main issues in the implementation of the Labor contract Law are discussed. The main points of view of the three topics are summarized as follows: professor Zheng Shangyuan of Tsinghua University is entitled "the general theory of social law of social insurance jurisprudence".
