【摘要】：正水利工程施工管理是一项复杂的工作,加之管理本身是一项系统工程,决定了施工管理没有太多的"规范"的模式可循。本文根据笔者多年来从事水利工程施工管理的实践,提出了一些工作方法和思路,供广大同行参考。一、水利工程项目施工管理的特点水利工程施工管理系统的组成十分复杂,影响因素多变。因此,只有找出工程施工管理的特点,才能在实践中作出科学的工作计划,完成工程施工管理工作。工程施工管理的主要特点如下:1.涉及面广。工程施工管理工作涉及工业、水利、交通、城建、环保等诸多领域。2.涉及学科多。工程施工管理工作涉及地质、气象、园林,经济、法律、管理等学科。3,涉及法律、法规多。工程施工管理涉及《合同法》等,同时涉及水利、
[Abstract]:Construction management of real water conservancy project is a complicated work, and management itself is a systematic project, which determines that there are not too many "norms" to follow in construction management. This paper is based on the author's practice in water conservancy engineering construction management for many years. This paper puts forward some working methods and ideas for reference of many colleagues. Firstly, the composition of water conservancy project construction management system is very complex and the influence factors are changeable.
