【摘要】:随着中国加入世贸组织及改革开放的深化,中国在世界上扮演着越来越重要的角色。而外商投资的增加使法律翻译在外商和中国商业之间架起了一道桥梁,《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的英译,有助于世界和外商投资了解中国的立法现状和政策,从而保护劳动者的合法权益。基于对《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》具体条文的翻译,作者指出了在翻译过程中遇到的问题和困难,并从词汇、句法和文化因素等方面提出了具体的翻译策略。通过分析中英法律语言的差异,作者认识到法律翻译应坚持准确性、一致性,和简洁性原则,以确保法律语言的严谨性、庄重性和确切性。
[Abstract]:With China's accession to the WTO and the deepening of reform and opening up, China is playing an increasingly important role in the world, and the increase in foreign investment has made legal translation a bridge between foreign businessmen and Chinese businesses, the translation of the Labor contract Law of the people's Republic of China into English. It is helpful for the world and foreign investors to understand the current legislative situation and policies of China, thereby protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Based on the translation of the specific provisions of the Labor contract Law of the people's Republic of China, The author points out the problems and difficulties encountered in the process of translation, and puts forward specific translation strategies in terms of lexical, syntactic and cultural factors. By analyzing the differences between Chinese and English legal languages, the author realizes that legal translation should adhere to accuracy. The principles of consistency, conciseness and simplicity to ensure the rigour, decency and accuracy of the legal language.
