【摘要】：正在全面建成小康社会的关键阶段,在全面深化改革的攻坚时期,党的十八届四中全会以依法治国为主题,吹响了建设社会主义法治国家的进军号。成都市金牛区人社局把学习贯彻好党的十八届四中全会精神作为当前和今后一个时期的重要政治任务,把全会精神落实到各项人社事业的实践中,以公务员法、劳动合同法、就业促进法、社会保险法等涉及人社工作的法律法规作为履行职能、依法行政的重要准绳和依据,全面推进"法治人社"建设,全力提高依法行政能力。以法律为准绳推进人社各项工作
[Abstract]:At the crucial stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, in the period of comprehensively deepening reform, the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee focused on governing the country according to law. The people's and Social Welfare Bureau of Jinniu District in Chengdu has made studying and implementing the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee an important political task at present and in a period to come.
