制度、结构与农民工行动选择机会的形塑——以长三角地区服装业为例

【摘要】:制度和结构及其演变型塑着农民工行动选择的机会结构,制度力量体现在工人以组织化或者非组织化机制、通过各种集体行动表达自己诉求的能力,结构力量取决于工人在经济系统中的位置。农民工对机会结构的感知及其行动上的回应具有能动性,不同技能、素质的农民工因制度和结构赋予的能力提升有着显著的差别。以新《劳动合同法》为核心的一系列政策和制度成为促进或改善工人结构力量增长的重要制度力量,农民工因制度力量与劳动力市场供求结构改变而"增权",并在实践上推动了管理政体由专制主义到人性化管理的转变。
[Abstract]:The system and structure and their evolution shape the opportunity structure of migrant workers' choice of action. The institutional strength is reflected in the ability of workers to express their demands through various collective actions through organized or unorganized mechanisms.Structural power depends on the position of workers in the economic system.Migrant workers' perception of opportunity structure and their responses to their actions are dynamic, and the ability of migrant workers with different skills and qualities is significantly different from that given by the system and structure.With the new Labor contract Law as the core, a series of policies and institutions have become an important institutional force to promote or improve the growth of workers' structural strength.The peasant workers' power is increased because of the change of the system strength and the supply and demand structure of the labor market, and the change of the management system from autocracy to humanized management has been promoted in practice.
