【摘要】：外商投资企业应正确对待劳动合同法,保障劳动者权益并承担必要的社会责任,在追求商业利益的同时,亦能在一定程度与范围内兼顾雇员的基本权益。
[Abstract]:Foreign-funded enterprises should treat labor contract law correctly, protect workers' rights and interests and assume necessary social responsibility, while pursuing commercial interests, they can also give consideration to the basic rights and interests of employees to a certain extent and scope.
