[Abstract]:On June 29, 2007, the Labor contract Law of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Labor contract Law") was examined and approved by the 28th meeting of the standing Committee of the Tenth National people's Congress and will come into force on January 1, 2008.
