独立学院教师聘任合同法律性质辨析

【摘要】：独立学院教师聘任合同适用《劳动合同法》,其与劳动合同具有很多共性,加之独立学院性质与教师身份特性,决定了独立学院聘任合同性质为劳动合同。
[Abstract]:The employment contract of teachers in independent colleges is applicable to "Labor contract Law", which has a lot of commonness with labor contract. In addition, the nature of independent college and the identity of teachers determine that the nature of employment contract of independent college is labor contract.
