[Abstract]:According to a recent media report, a survey conducted by 51 job, a human resources service provider, shows that 43.8% of the fresh graduates surveyed did not meet the requirements of the Labor contract Law. And the phenomenon of the extended probation period is concentrated in the graduates whose contract term is less than three years. More than half of this group comes from private enterprises, with state-owned employees taking the second place. In addition to reducing employment costs by extending the probationary period, some unscrupulous employers also take advantage of workers' ignorance of the law and arbitrarily terminate their labor contracts during the probationary period.
