对《企业职工奖惩条例》废止后用工管理的思考

【摘要】:自《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》实施以来,很多企业适时地做出了相应的用工政策调整和变革,进一步规范了用工管理,但由于对《企业职工奖惩条例》废止产生的影响估计不足,现行的一些用工管理方式和手段仍存在诸多与现行法律法规不相适应的地方,暗藏用工风险。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the Labor contract Law of the people's Republic of China, many enterprises have made timely adjustments and changes in their employment policies, further standardizing employment management. However, due to the insufficient estimation of the influence of the abolition of the regulations on the reward and punishment of Enterprise Workers, there are still many places which are not suitable for the existing laws and regulations, and the risks of employment are hidden in some current ways and means of employment management.
