目的论视角下的国际商务合同汉译

　　中国自改革开放和入世以来,经济发展迅速,国际贸易日渐频繁,中国在全球的经济发展中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。国际商务合同是对来自不同国家的合作方具有同等约束力的一种法律文件,既是中外当事人用来开展业务也是他们用以维护各自权益的一种法律文件与依据。毫无疑问,国际商务合同在当今的国际经济贸易中扮演着极其重要的角色。因此,对商务合同的翻译要求也日益提高。继而引发国内外译者、学者对国际商务合同翻译展开各种研究并已取得了一定成果。然而,国际商务合同翻译仍然呼唤用更多的理论来指导,使与之相关的翻译工作达到更加令人满意的地步。在这种情况下,本文作者试图尝试将目的论作为理论基础找寻能够指导国际商务合同汉译的策略和具体的翻译方法。目的论认为翻译行为的目的决定翻译的方法。由此,翻译标准将出现多元化,翻译策略的选择也极其灵活。在目的论中,“目的原则”是最重要的原则,它赋予了译者更大的自由,根据翻译纲要确定的翻译目的来选择一个恰当的翻译策略用以指导其翻译实践的顺利进行。此外,目的论倡导由上而下的反传统思维的翻译方法,在翻译过程中,译者将先从宏观的翻译目的和文本分析入手,再进行到微观层面的字词、句法和篇章的具体翻...
