从功能语法看商务合同的翻译原则和策略

　　随着经济的发展和全球化,商务合同在促进跨国经济交易和规范市场秩序方面的作用愈加重要。但是,目前不少商务合同的翻译存在不准确、不专业、佶屈聱牙的现象,有的甚至是错误百出。这些不合规范的商务合同翻译不但会引起法律纠纷,导致经济损失,甚至会扰乱国际市场秩序。所以,商务合同的翻译需要有具体原则和翻译策略的指导。目前对于商务合同翻译的研究多是笼统的翻译技巧的讨论,少见科学系统地探讨。因此,该文拟用功能语法理论对国际商务合同进行分析,将其情景背景、文本功能和语言选择有机联系起来。商务合同发生的情景背景决定了它要实现的三个文本功能,作者试从这三个功能得出翻译商务合同的三个具体原则,继而揭示在这三个原则的指导下,在语言的微观层面应当采取的翻译策略。该研究为商务合同翻译的研究提供了一个新的视角,并将为商务合同的翻译提供理论上和实践上的指导。
