新形势下我国茶叶企业法律形态的困境与对策

【摘要】：依法治企、合法经营等已经成为所有企业的一种共识。而茶叶企业则由于经营规模较小,自身法律意识淡漠、法律人才缺乏等原因,造成在新形势下的自我保护能力较弱,缺乏依法治企的意识。本文着重分析了茶叶企业依法经营,运用法律武器进行自我保护等方面的问题和不足,提出了相应的对策。
[Abstract]:Managing enterprises according to law and managing them legally has become a common understanding among all enterprises. However, due to the relatively small scale of operation, the lack of legal awareness and the lack of legal personnel, tea enterprises are weak in their ability to protect themselves under the new situation. This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the management of tea enterprises according to law and the use of legal weapons to protect themselves, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
