经济法在市场经济体系建设中发挥的作用

【摘要】：改革开放之后,随着时代进步,经济发展迅猛,92年首次提出发展社会主义市场经济,市场经济就是兼具计划与市场两种方式,对资源进行合理配置,市场经济体系则是一个更加宏观的概念,包含了社会主义市场经济运行过程中所发生的以宏观调控关系为首的多种关系,经济法在此体系中作用甚大。经济法,究其根本,就是国家基于国家整体利益,进行干预、管理、调节的法律规范。在这个具有中国特色的市场经济体系建设中,经济法的地位不容忽视,于是本文欲就此话题来进行分析与探讨,来具体研究这二者之间是如何相互影响,相互作用的。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, with the progress of the times and the rapid economic development, the development of the socialist market economy was first proposed in 1992. The market economy is the rational allocation of resources by both planning and market. The market economy system is a more macroscopic concept, which includes a variety of relations in the course of the socialist market economy operation, and the economic law plays a very important role in this system. The economic law is based on the national overall interests, intervention, management, regulation of the legal norms. In the construction of this market economy system with Chinese characteristics, the position of economic law can not be ignored.
