职业打假人引发争议

【摘要】：正职业打假人的存在对于抵制、打击制假售假行为有着积极的作用,但其给市场经济秩序带来的负面影响也不容忽视近日,国家工商总局发布的《消费者权益保护法实施条例(征求意见稿)》中提到"金融消费者以外的自然人、法人和其他组织以营利为目的而购买、使用商品或者接受服务的行为不适用本条例。"该规定再次引发社会各界对职业打假人的关注。

" This regulation once again aroused the attention of all walks of life to the professional anti-counterfeiters.
