消费欺诈行为政府监管法律制度研究

【摘要】：青岛天价大虾事件传得沸沸扬扬,各个方面的学者就着这个事件提出了很多问题,本文也将从法律层面讨论分析,研究关于消费欺诈行为的政府监管法律制度,并提出相关立法建议。
[Abstract]:The Qingdao Shrimp case has been widely spread. Scholars from various fields have raised a lot of questions about the incident. This paper will also discuss and analyze the legal system of government supervision on consumption fraud from the legal level. And put forward relevant legislative suggestions.
