基于二元所有权架构的企业劳资关系研究

【摘要】:生产关系是社会关系中最基础的关系,而劳动关系是生产关系的主要内容,构成劳动关系的主体是劳动者和企业,他们分别代表了劳动与资本。在生产过程中,企业追求的是利润最大化,而劳动者则追求工作稳定和收入最大化,这就不可避免产生相互间权利和利益上的矛盾。如果劳资矛盾进一步加剧,就会发生冲突和对抗,破坏社会和谐,影响社会稳定。文章从我国当前的经济转型背景出发,借鉴国外的实际经验,分析我国企业劳资关系不和谐的状况,提出我国企业劳资关系二元所有权构架的构想,探索实施的具体路径。
[Abstract]:The relations of production are the most basic relations in social relations, and the labor relations are the main contents of the relations of production. The main bodies of the labor relations are workers and enterprises, which represent labor and capital respectively. In the process of production, The enterprise pursues the profit maximization, while the laborer pursues the work stability and the income maximization, this inevitably produces the mutual rights and the benefit contradiction. If the labor and capital contradiction further intensifies, will have the conflict and the confrontation, From the background of the current economic transformation of our country, the article analyzes the disharmonious situation of the labor relations of the enterprises in our country, based on the actual experience of foreign countries, in order to destroy the social harmony and affect the social stability. This paper puts forward the conception of dual ownership structure of enterprise labor relations in our country, and explores the specific path of implementation.
