论陈云在中央苏区对“左”倾错误的抵制及其意义

【摘要】： 陈云在中央苏区纠正“左”倾错误的思想是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分，是中国共产党人宝贵的精神财富和革命果实，是马克思主义中国化的产物。他求真务实，富有卓见。陈云的工作主要集中在纠正劳动政策、经济斗争、白区工作中的“左”倾错误。他针对劳动法中的“左”倾主义错误，提出订立劳动合同时要考虑地区的特殊性、企业的特殊性、工人的特殊性、时间的特殊性。针对经济对斗争的“左”倾错误，陈云提出党与工会领导工人斗争的重点在于说服群众、斗争的基础在于依靠群众、斗争的方式在于发动群众、斗争的战术在于组织群众、斗争的保证在于领导群众。针对白区工作中的“左”倾错误，提出开展白区工作加强舆论宣传是重要手段、开展群众斗争是重要步骤、加快干部培养是关键环节、加强党的领导是重要保证、注意秘密工作是重要前提。提出转变游击区域的斗争方式，协作主力红军战略转移的准备工作等。陈云在中央苏区党内“左”倾思想十分浓重的氛围中，凸显青年革命家敢于批“左”纠“左”的理论勇气和唯实务实的革命风格，不失为我们当今加强执政党的建设、提高党的执政能力的宝贵思想资源，，于今依然有重要的启迪、指导意义。
