农民工权益保障的法律机制探析
[Abstract]:From the legal level, the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers is the result of the mutual influence of different laws. The problems existing in the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers in China are mainly in areas where social rights and interests are not clearly stipulated, labor rights and interests have not been implemented, and the rights and interests of labor safety have not been attached importance to. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers and their causes, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the corresponding legal mechanism.
