面向21世纪的我国妇女法律教育

【摘要】：正在日趋激烈的国际经济竞争和综合国力较量中,世界正在迈向二十一世纪。与人类前途和命运息息相关的妇女问题,是世纪之交举世瞩目的焦点之一。影响妇女发展有两个重大因素,一个是妇女的群体素质,一个是妇女合法权益的保护。妇女教育既是衡量上述两方面发展水平的主要指标,也是提高妇女地位的重要途径。在妇女教育领域,法律教育具有特殊的意义。这是因为它不仅在全部教育中不可或缺,而且直接关系到妇女权利保护的法制建设。因此,努力发展和改善妇女法律教育,是应予高度重视和认真解决的一个课题。一法律知识和法律意识教育,是妇女法律教育的基础工程。新中国成立以来,尤其是改革开放以来,作为社会主义民主与法制建设的一个
