[Abstract]:Seizing the opportunity to implement the general train of thought put forward by the second Executive Committee meeting of the 12th General Committee of the Communist Party of China is the guiding ideology of trade union work for a considerable period in the future. < Labor Law > is the basic law to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Taking the implementation of the Labor Law as an opportunity and a breakthrough, in essence, it is to establish ideologically and implement the basic duties of trade unions to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
