汉语立法文本中人称指示语的英译

　　人称指示语是指示手段的其中一种,是言语交际或言语事件中的参与者。在前人的研究中,主要是从语言学的角度来对人称指示语进行理论研究和实证工作,如逻辑学、语义学、语用学等学科,对于近些年刚刚兴起正处在不断完善和发展阶段的话语分析来说,人称指示语在此领域的研究甚为鲜见。另外,我们发现很少有学者把人称指示语放在特定的文本中进行研究,而在对法律领域研究尚晚的我国来说,专门对立法语篇中的人称指示语进行的研究更是少之又少。所以,基于前人研究的基础,本论文意对人称指示语在汉语立法文本中的应用进行研究,从而提出其英译原则,探究翻译策略。立法文本主要包括各类法律、法规、规章、条例、国际公约、国际条约及国际惯例等立法文件,因其具有严密的逻辑、规范性的功能和复杂的结构形式,是最具代表性的书面法律语言形式。立法文本语言是法律语言的核心所在,人称指示语是其中一种法律语言表达形式。同时,人称指示语也可以起到一定的语篇衔接连贯作用来准确传达立法信息。立法文本中的人称指示语可分为三类:第一人称指示语、第二人称指示语和第三人称指示语。不论是汉语立法文本还是英语立法文本中使用的人称指示语主要是第三人称指示语,前两者很少被用及...
