从顺应论的角度看立法文本翻译时译者主体性的体现

　　Jef Verschueren提出的语用综观下的顺应论认为,使用语言就是在不同意识程度下为适应交际需要而不断做出选择的过程,这为翻译学的研究提供了全新的视角。同一切言语交际活动一样,翻译的过程也是一个连续选择的过程。可以看出顺应论和翻译之间有着很多共通之处。基于这点考虑,本文尝试将语用学的观点与翻译理论与实践联系起来,通过比较分析来揭示法律翻译中译者主体性的体现。通过比较分析说明,如果译者充分认识到影响选择顺应的相关因素的重要性,有意识地做出相应选择,意识程度越高,翻译的质量就越高。本文从句法层和语义层两个层面讨论译者主体性在立法语篇翻译中的发挥和体现。译者在选择是否增减词语、被动语态、句子结构等中都积极发挥了主观能动性。但是译者主体性的发挥受到特定条件的限制,所以译者要充分认识到影响选择的相关因素的重要性。这样,在立法语篇的翻译过程中,译者主体性就能指导译者有意识地做出相应的选择,从而取得较好的翻译效果。本文主要分为五部分:第一部分简要介绍了本研究的背景。第二部分是文献综述,总结法律翻译的历史以及以往对译者主体性的研究。第三部分是论文的主体框架,介绍了顺应论的基本概念和相关知识,以及...
