从模因的视角看立法语篇的翻译

　　本文从模因论的角度探讨法律交流模式下的立法语篇的翻译。将模因概念引入立法语篇的分析就可以发现，立法语篇也是一种模因。立法语篇的翻译因此就可视为法律模因根据道金斯（Dawkins）的自然选择（即适者生存）的法则下在不同语言间传播的结果。在此基础上本文探讨了如何识别法律模因和相应的翻译方法。本文主要选择香港证券类法律法规从模因论的角度进行描述说明性分析，并辅以适当的统计数据。通过本文的分析，希望使译者更清楚更全面的认识和理解法律翻译，能在翻译过程中自觉地识别相应的模因，并利用模因自我规范的功能，在法律交流的框架下选择合适的翻译策略。
