【摘要】：随着视频网站正版化进程的加速、维权意识的增强,新兴的、非主流的弹幕视频网站哔哩哔哩网侵权官司缠身,面临着很大的生存困境。主流视频网站从原来的侵权责任主体变成维权主体,哔哩哔哩网已经无法靠避风港原则侥幸脱身。在这语境下,放弃复制视频网站初兴时所走之路,坚持自己文化定位、挖掘客户潜力,自主创新,建立有效的盈利模式,哔哩哔哩网才有可能在激烈的竞争中生存和发展。
