互联网环境下知识产权保护问题的研究

【摘要】：互联网技术的发展所带来的信息快速传播与知识产权的保护产生了激烈的冲突。在这样的环境下,互联网中的知识产权保护相比于传统领域,无疑有许多新的特点,也就导致很多传统的法律规定不能简单的适用于互联网领域。本文主要论述了互联网环境下知识产权保护具有哪些新特点,产生了哪些新问题。以及为了解决这些问题,我们应采用何种对策。最后论述我们应该构建怎样的互联网知识产权保护体系。
[Abstract]:The rapid dissemination of information brought by the development of Internet technology and the protection of intellectual property have produced fierce conflicts. In such an environment, the protection of intellectual property rights in the Internet is compared with the traditional field. Undoubtedly, there are many new characteristics, which leads to a lot of traditional legal provisions can not be simply applied to the field of the Internet. This paper mainly discusses the Internet environment under the protection of intellectual property rights have what new characteristics. What new problems have arisen, and what countermeasures should we adopt to solve these problems. Finally, we discuss what kind of Internet intellectual property protection system we should build.
