我国成年监护制度的完善研究

【摘要】：随着我国步入老龄化社会,现行的法律框架下的成年监护制度存在一定的管理落后。这其中主要是立法观念落后,不能满足时代发展需求。文章通过分析成年监护制度的概念和立法基础,并探究现行民法中成年监护制度的现状,提出了完善成年监护制度的措施。
[Abstract]:As China enters an aging society, the current legal framework of the adult guardianship system has a certain degree of backwardness in management, which is mainly due to the backward concept of legislation. The article analyzes the concept and legislative basis of adult guardianship system, probes into the present situation of adult guardianship system in the current civil law, and puts forward some measures to perfect the adult guardianship system.
