【摘要】：正中华人民共和国国务院令第675号《残疾预防和残疾人康复条例》已经2017年1月11日国务院第161次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2017年7月1日起施行。总理李克强2017年2月7日第一章总则第一条为了预防残疾的发生、减轻残疾程度,帮助残疾人恢复或者补偿功能,促进残疾人平等、充分地参与社会生活,发展残疾预防和残疾人康复事业,根据《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》,制定本条例。
[Abstract]:The regulations on Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities adopted by decree No. 675 of the State Council of the people's Republic of China on January 11th 2017 at the 161st executive meeting of the State Council are hereby promulgated. Effective from July 1st 2017. In order to prevent the occurrence of disability, reduce the degree of disability, help the disabled to restore or compensate their functions, and promote equality for the disabled, Premier Li Keqiang, in February 7th 2017, Chapter I, General provisions, Article 1. These regulations are formulated in accordance with the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities, to participate fully in social life and to develop the cause of disability prevention and rehabilitation.
